The wheat chosen for this organic pasta was defined as the “most beautiful durum wheat that has ever appeared”. Named after the Abruzzo marquis Raffaele Cappelli, Senator of the Kingdom of Italy for his dedication to agricultural reform.

“Senatore Cappelli” durum wheat has a unique intense perfume of the wheat. Pasta made from this wheat is full flavoured, has exceptional texture and is extremely versatile.

The name Spaghetti comes from the Italian word spago, which means string or cord. Spaghetti can be found in all regional culinary traditions: from the North to South of Italy. It’s extremely versatile and goes with heavy meat sauces as well as simple, refined ones.
