Mt Zero Quinoa (Organic) Australian (500g)

Quinoa has amazing properties. It is gluten free, high in protein, low GI and has a great, nutty taste. This quinoa is grown organically by the Damen Family in Northern Tasmania who pioneered the growing of quinoa in Australia.

Wash well before cooking in water, just like rice. Great added to soups and salad or made into patties. Can even be used as a substitute for flour in baking.
