Ottolenghi Chilli Sauce 170g

Punchy, sharp, acidic and, all importantly, spicy. Fermented red chillis give it a funky hit. Add it anywhere you would hot sauce. Swirl into yoghurt, spread on a sandwich, or add to a sauce for an added punch.
