This combines the fruity olive character with the delicately floral flavours of bergamot orange for a delectable and versatile oil that’s perfect in both sweet and savoury applications.

Throw it in a salad dressing, or use it in any dish that calls for orange blossom water. For sweets, it makes an orange and poppyseed olive oil cake that is to die for, or drizzle it over some vanilla ice cream for a mind-blowingly simple yet gourmet-tasting dessert!
