These Manzanillas are picked green and maintain a delicious firm flesh that separates nicely from the pip. They’re the perfect olive to use for pitting and stuffing; adding to a martini; or crumbing and deep frying – yum! All of Mount Zero’s olives are hand picked and preserved traditionally in brine.
