Maffra Cheese Co. is located on a dairy farm near Maffra, in the heart of Gippsland’s lush dairying country. They have a reputation for producing some of Australia’s best Cheddar.

Maffra’s Stockman’s Cheshire has a tart flavour, nutty notes and a firm, crumbly body. Cheshire is often found in a Ploughman’s Lunch and accompanies fruit cake or a fruit platter beautifully. It can be served with a light red wine or a crisp Chardonnay.
