La Boqueria Trufa Wild Boar (approx 650g)
This limited edition salami is produced using wild boar, truffles, rehydrated wild mushrooms and red wine all sourced from NSW and using an old Spanish recipe. It has a semi firm texture with sweet mushroom and truffle flavour. Visually it’s bright colour and dark pieces of truffle look beautiful on any grazing plate.
