This aromatic bush is native to South East New South Wales, Eastern Victoria and Tasmania. Once used for its medicinal properties, it is now sought after because of the complex flavours that it adds to cooking.

Perfect on chicken, beef, lamb, in pastas, salads, salad dressings, soups and teas. A small amount adds a big flavour.
