Ground in the cool rainforests of Tasmania. Native Pepper Leaf is gathered by hand from the Native Pepper Berry tree. This wild, natural and spicy leaf, has a unique native Australian bushland flavour. Indigenous Australians used it for medicinal purposes, cooking and preserving foods.
Use to flavour sauces, marinades, chutneys, dips, dukah or to season roast meat & vegetables.
