Infuse Spice Company – Paperbark (450g)

Wild harvested and ethically sourced by an Indigenous community in the Northern Territory. The Paper Bark is hand cut from the tree into sheets approximately 30cm x 35cm. It was traditionally used by Indigenous Australians to wrap fish and meat to cook over hot coals.

Helps retain juices and flavour whilst cooking in the oven or barbeque.
