*Gochu Jang (Chilli Bean Paste) (500g)
Gochu-jang is the most versatile of all Korean Jangs. Traditionally made from glutinous rice, chilli powder, fermented soy beans, salt and malt. It is often served with Bibimbap. This very high quality gochu jang is then naturally fermented in traditional Korean earthenware for at least 8 months. It can be used to ferment, marinate, add to sauces or as a dip.
