Don Bocarte boquerones, are made using their own recipe. The fish is covered in cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, flavoured with spices. A delicate and pleasant sauce on the palate. Don Bocarte produces anchovies only from the Bay of Biscay, and have developed production methods to achieve one of the world’s greatest culinary products.
