La Boqueria Bosquito (approx 1kg)

This salami is made from true Spanish forest mushrooms soaked in white wine.  Similar to the Salchi Bosque recipe but in smaller natural skin and is available in a string of 8 units. The combination of sweet pork and earthy mushroom make this forest salami unforgetable.
