Lavosh is an ancient flat bread that has been made for thousands of years. Asterisk Kitchen follow that tradition but with a modern twist. This beetroot lavosh (called bark due to its large shape) is super crunchy with delicious earthy beetroot flavour hints. A showstopping  accompaniment to any cheese board.
