Udder Delights Brie (200g)

Udder Delights Brie was originally available only in large 800g rounds, but as a result of high consumer demand for smaller portions they released the Adelaide Hills Brie in 200g rounds. Like its Adelaide Hills Camembert counterpart, it is hand made from local milk that results in a creamy rich texture. The Brie has an earthy “mushroomy” flavour that continues to develop in pungency as it ripens.
