Shiso Umeboshi Vinegar (500ml)
Shiso Umezu is made from pickled umeboshi juice, red shiso leaves and Japanese sea salt. It is
packed with salty-sour deliciousness and has a vivid, bright purple colour. Use it for salad dressings, as
a pickling medium, for ceviche or in cocktails. Note that it is a brine more than a vinegar. It is the
leftover brine from pickling the sour plum that is used in the Umeboshi Paste from Yamaki Jozo.
