Sakura Vinegar (360ml)
Manufactured by Tobaya Suten, who for over 300 years continues the traditional Japanese process of rice fermentation to produce world renown vinegars, this product differentiates itself from others with the sweet, aromatic, floral flavours of the Sakura blossom.
Based on Tobaya Suten’s Master Craftsman Vinegar, about four times more rice is used in fermentation compare to other producers, blossoms which are handpicked in April are then steeped in vinegar for 6 months creating the recognisable fragrant, floral aroma and flavour of the Sakura blossom.
This seasonal product is mild in flavour and is a suitable alternative for sushi vinegar or can be used in salad dressings.
