Gardeny Apple Vinegar (250ml)

Lower acidity than wine vinegar, characteristic color, mild flavor. Due to its purifying properties, it is used in weight control diets.
Made with the juice of apples carefully selected and at their right point of maturation, according to the Schützenbach 1823 method.
The Castell de Gardeny was Casa Templaria and was part of the line of castles that defended the border of the Ebro that separated Al-Andalus from the Christian territories. This vinegar is made by a small Catalan company, with over a hundred years of experience (1908), which has devoted its main attention to innovation and quality improvement.
