Spoonfed Foods Savoury Jams
Sydney foodies, Jo Mitchell and Jenny Waterman teamed together in 2006 to create a brand new range of food partner products. The Spoonfed Foods range began with the savoury Ham Jam and Lamb Jam and now also includes the Hot Jam and Garlic Jam.
The LAMB JAM is a delicious combination of the traditional tastes of mint, diced apple and rosemary. It is the perfect flavour to complement roasted, grilled or barbecued lamb or to glaze a leg or rack of lamb, spread on a sandwich or roll instead of butter, spoon over steamed carrots or roasting potatoes.
The HAM JAM cleverly combines sour cherries, honey, mustard, ginger and spices to 'wow' ham, pork, turkey or chicken into a whole other world of taste sensations. Use as a side relish, spread over the base of any sandwich or roll instead of butter. Try on, over or next to your shaved ham - ham will never be the same again!
The HOT JAM combines a wonderful mix of caramelised onions, chilli and red peppers - just hot enough to be a real Aussie favourite! Hot Jam is the perfect accompaniment to almost anything; on lentil or beef burgers, sausages, any red or white meat, rice or curry dishes, even your favourite cheese sandwich.
The latest addition to the range is the very more-ish GARLIC JAM. Made with slowly roasted garlic, infused with lemon zest and lemon thyme, this intense, sticky jam will be a great accompaniment to roast meat (hot or cold) and with sharp cheeses.
